Our Wines

Introducing Arabica, Pasek Cellars' new coffee dessert wine.  The wine is made with Sumatran coffee, vanilla and has intense flavors and sweetness.  16% Alcohol, made in a port style.

A huge, delicious port-styled wine made from 100% Blackberries. Great with cheesecake, chocolate, or as a sipper on its own. 16% alcohol. 500 cases made annually.

This medium sweet, full bodied wine is produced from 100% Oregon Blackberries. It works well with flavorful cheeses, salmon, red meat, pasta and pizza. 12% alcohol. 1,500 cases produced annually.

We produced this Chard in a slightly off dry style. It was aged entirely in stainless steel. The result was a user friendly, food friendly wine the shows the true essense of Chardonnay. Fruit dominates, with crisp apple obvious. We produced 400 cases of this wine. 12% alcohol.

Pasek Cellars Cranberry Wine is produced from whole Northwest Cranberries. A favorite during the holidays, this wine has become a staple among its loyal, enthusiatic fans throughout the year. This wine is a great match with pork, poultry, and spicy Asian foods. Serve Chilled. 4,000 cases produced annually.

Made form 100% Gauva. This wine has fast become our tasting room's second biggest seller.

Our winemaker, Gene Pasek, crafted this wine in a port style. It is a fantastic wine with chocolate or as dessert on its own. 16% alcohol. 600 cases produced.

Can you say cotton candy. Well even if you can't say it, I'm sure you'll taste it in this delicious sweet wine. This wine is available only from the winery. 800 Cases Produced. 12% alcohol.

This elegant wine boasts flavors and aromas of peach, honeysuckle and nectarine. Try it with cheeses, Asian cuisine or as a sipper on the deck. 12% alcohol. 300 cases produced.

This delicious sipper, is made in a port style from 100% Skagit Valley, Washington Raspberries. It is a perfect match with Chocolate. Alcohol - 16%. Approximately 600 cases made annually.

Made from 100% whole Raspberries harvested in Washington's Skagit Valley. This wine is medium bodied with moderate sweetness. It is a great match with barbeque, wild game, cheeses or with a chocolate dessert. 12% alcohol. 1,000 cases produced annually.

Sweet and intense dessert wine made from Syrah grapes of Washington's Yakima Velley.
