| Chardonnay (750ml) We produced this Chard in a slightly off dry style. It was aged entirely in stainless steel. The result was a user friendly, food friendly wine the shows the true essense of Chardonnay. Fruit dominates, with crisp apple obvious. We produced 400 cases of this wine. 12% alcohol.
