After much reflection, and despite every effort to continue, Pasek Cellars Winery will be closing our doors.
As we prepare for this transition, our hearts are full—not just with sadness, but with deep gratitude. You have been more than customers. You’ve been part of our story, our community, and our inspiration. Whether you visited our tasting room, shared a bottle with someone you love, or supported us from afar, you helped shape the spirit of this winery.
We are incredibly proud of the wines that have been created and even more proud of the connections they brought to life. Thank you for the toasts, the stories, the celebrations, and the memories you made with our bottles in hand. Knowing that our work became part of your lives has meant more to us than words can express.
As we wind down operations, we will be having a WAREHOUSE CLOSING SALE Friday January 9th& Saturday January 10th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. All remaining inventory will be on sale (as supplies last).
